Residential 10 is a company aimed to provide accommodation for national and foreign students in the best possible conditions.
More than a place to live, our aim is to build a global community and a meeting point for students and residents, we Aim to create interactions that allow them to contribute to experiences of living and learning in community, complementary to those that live in the classroom or other places.
Us
Residential 10 was founded in 2013 by Alejandro Rueda Gómez and Juan Sebastian Fisherman Gomez two alumni of the University of the Andes. After an exchange student, eventually showed that the offers accommodation for students were rare, obsolete, and they had the best conditions. R10 gave rise to a type of contemporary accommodation and different that could meet the needs of the student community and foreign.
Our Mission Is To:
-Go beyond offering a lodging.
- Creating a home for the students and residents where they have a suitable environment to perform their studies.
- To provide an educational experience additional help you become a professional, mature and independent.
- But above all, to promote the interaction with their peers, with us, with the student community and Bogotá.
