      What’s Residencial 10 ?
      We are a housing company, hosting national and international students, tourists, travelers, digital nomads and local community since 6 years, we offer accommodations from one day, until one year. A community of locals, national, and international people. The right place to live a local experience, immersed in multicultural environment. In our residences, we host national and international students from Bogotá.

      Where is located Residencial 10?
      Our residences are located in the neighborhood La Candelaria, in the heart of the historical and cultural center of Bogotá. Very close to the main universities of Bogotá.

      Are the rooms furnished?
      Yes, all the rooms are furnished, they come with bed, nightstand, closet and desk.

      Is there a kitchen in the residence?
      Of course, we have several kitchens in each residence, these kitchens are shared between 4 and 7 students, depending on each case. For the apartments, the kitchens are totally private.

      What’s included on the price?
      The room is totally furnished, utilities (water, electricity, internet, Wi-Fi, security system and cleaning) calendar of activities and social events.

      What are the prices of the rooms?
      We offer rooms from 450.000COP until 900.000COP. Price depends on the size of the room, if counts with bathroom or not.

      Can the room be shared?
      We count with some shared rooms, for the ones interested on this option, is their responsibility to find a roommate.

      Can I stay at R10 if I’m not a student?
      Of course, we count with a building that works as a Hostel for short stays, totally separated from the student residences.

      Is the cleaning service included on the price?
      Yes, we clean the rooms oftenly, once per week or every 15 days depending on the type of room. Kitchens and common areas are cleaned daily.

      How to reserve a room?
      Choose the room you want, follow the reservation process, remember the room will be fully reserved, at the moment you make the payment. In case there are no rooms available, you can write us, and we’ll add you to the waiting list.
